We now offer a Loyalty Card to all clients. After every treatment, present the Loyalty Card to us at check-out for a stamp. After 10 treatments, your next treatment is FREE. This is one of the many ways we like to say Thank You for your loyalty to us. (Since we do offer Full and Mini Sessions, 10 of the same length of treatments.)
| Free Consultation We offer a Free 10-minute consultation for you to speak directly to our Acupuncturist, Christine Yastrzemski. This allows you to find out how acupuncture can help your ailment, answer any questions you may have and have an understanding of what to expect at your treatment. This can be done in the office or over the phone. |

Initial Acupuncture Treatment Please allow 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. This includes a review of your medical history review, consultation and acupuncture treatment. |

Follow-Up Acupuncture Treatments Please allow 1 hr 15 minutes for your treatment. This includes consultation to discuss changes since last treatment and focus on current acupuncture treatment. Once the needles are placed, you will relax for 45-minutes. |

Multiple Treatments in Same Week If you need to come in for more than one treatment a week, we offer a reduced rate on those treatments. |

| Mini-Acupuncture Sessions for Stress Management or Quit Smoking Client eligible for Mini-Sessions after having an Initial Treatment. Please allow 30 minutes for your treatment. Please state you would like a Mini-Session when booking your appointments. We automatically default to full-length sessions. |

DISCOUNTS
We offer discounts to Medicare participants, Military personnel and Police / Firefighters. Please show the appropriate identification at your appointment to receive the discount. Other discounts can not be combined with this discount.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flex Spending Accounts (FSA). We do not file any insurance plan claims.
INSURANCE PLANS
Acupuncture can be used for your Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flex Spending Accounts. Some Insurance Companies cover acupuncture, so check with your insurance provider to see if acupuncture is covered for your plan and their requirements. We are listed as a provider for many insurance plans. We no longer submit claims for you to health insurance companies. We will provide you with a receipt with proper coding for you to submit to your health plan for reimbursement of acupuncture.
Some insurance plans do not cover acupuncture but do offer a Discount Program to their clients. Please contact your Insurance Provider to see if your plan qualifies.
