Dr. Jen Hart, DACM, is a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and licensed Acupuncture Physician in the State of Florida by the Department of Health, License number 4076. She has extensive training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese Herbal Medicine, cupping, gua sha, and Reiki energetic healing, with a specialty in Kundalini and Buddhist Meditation. Her passion is helping others find healing and wellness in ways that are natural, meaningful and long-lasting.
A life-long traveler, she first became acquainted with Eastern culture and medicine while living in South Korea and traveling throughout Southeast Asia. These experiences introduced her to Eastern philosophies of spirituality, wellness, and healing.
Jen discovered acupuncture in 2014 while plagued by chronic and debilitating pain for an ailment dismissed by Western Medicine as incurable; she turned to acupuncture for relief – and it worked.
This journey ultimately led her to Austin, Texas where she attained her Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Texas Health and Science University. She went on to receive her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California. Jen recently relocated to Jacksonville, Florida.
Dr. Jen believes our bodies have the power to heal themselves given the right tools. Jen’s passion is helping her patient’s use these tools to find health – and happiness – emotionally, physically, and spiritually. In addition to her degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Dr. Jen also holds degrees from The University of Texas at Arlington, where she studied Kinesiology, and from Old Dominion University, where she Mastered in Sports Management and Exercise Science.
