Melissa is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Florida. From a young age, Melissa was always interested in Massage Therapy and dreamed of becoming a Massage Therapist. Her love of Massage Therapy was reaffirmed when one of her close friends was in a car accident and dealt with muscle spasms. She saw how much massage helped to relieve her pain. She then decided to make her dream a reality and become a Licensed Massage Therapist. To Melissa, massages aren't just a luxury, they are a way of helping clients feel their best and improve their mobility. Melissa says, "Everyday life makes us numb to what our bodies are telling us and massages are a great way to get in tune with your body."
Melissa incorporates essential oils into her massage to add to the massage experience creating a luxury massage. She received her training from Alpha School of Massage in Jacksonville. She is currently available on Mondays and Thursdays for Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Prenatal Massage, and Hot Stone Massage. Coming Soon: Warm Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, Warm Bamboo Massage, and Cold Stone Facial Massage.

Neuromuscular Therapy aids in the treatment of soft tissue damage, musculoskeletal dysfunction, and postural distortions through the treatment of trigger points and pain referral patterns. Muscle Energy Technique works to mobilize restricted myofascial tissue and joints. It is great for muscle injury rehab and can also be used as a preventative therapy.
After owning her own business for over 8yrs, Jaime decided to focus her time on raising her two young boys. She joins our office on Saturdays, which allows her to continue to utilize her amazing massage skills while being able to focus full-time on raising her family.
Jaime is available for massage on Saturday's. She specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy, Muscle energy techniques (MET), Pre-Natal, Hot Stone, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and educating clients on self-care techniques.
