Dr. Christine Yastrzemski, the visionary behind A Way of Life Acupuncture, PLLC, embarked on her journey into acupuncture after experiencing firsthand the transformative effects it had on her debilitating migraines. Fueled by curiosity and a desire to understand this ancient healing art, she dedicated years to studying acupuncture, voraciously absorbing knowledge to unravel its mysteries.
Driven by her passion for holistic healing, Dr. Christine made the bold decision to leave behind a successful corporate career and pursue formal education in acupuncture and Oriental medicine. In 2006, she earned her Master's degree from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in Ft Lauderdale, Florida, a comprehensive program that instilled in her a deep understanding of acupuncture and its applications.
Continuing her quest for excellence, Dr. Christine furthered her education, earning her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health Sciences.
With a diverse skill set encompassing acupuncture, Eastern and Western herbs, tai chi/chi kung, and more, Dr. Christine offers a holistic approach to healing that addresses the root causes of ailments. She specializes in treating acute/chronic injuries, sports injuries, migraines, and cancer therapy, drawing from various styles of acupuncture to provide personalized and effective treatments for her patients.
