Please be aware that other professions are offering Acupuncture or Acupuncture-like therapies without proper training. They do not have the same training as someone who is NCCAOM Board certified or a graduate from a 4-yr Acupuncture college. Other professionals may offer acupuncture or acupuncture-like therapies. Dry Needling only requires 50-hrs of training and Medical Acupuncture requires up to 200 hrs of study.
