How to get the most out of your treatments

To provide you with the highest quality of service, as a patient of ours, we want you to know what you can expect at your appointments and how many treatments you might need. These are only guides, and we strive to get you the most effective and lasting results in the shortest number of treatments.  We do want you to understand that the more acute issues resolve quicker than chronic issues.

Plan on being with us for a minimum of 2 hrs for the Initial Appointment and 1 hr 15mins for Follow-Up sessions.  At all appointments, you will rest with the needles for a minimum of 45-minutes.

Feel Better.  Enjoy Life.

Relief Care Phase:  At the Relief Care Phase, we recommend treatments to be scheduled close together initially, and as relief is felt, more time is added between treatments, graduating you to the next phase, Corrective Care.

Corrective Care Phase: This phase allows you to space out your sessions without losing any progress for lasting results.  When relief is maintained between sessions, we move you to the Maintenance Phase.

Maintenance Care Phase:  At this phase, we identify if there is a certain amount of time that relief is held before it returns. Please understand if there is a structural issue, for example, arthritis in the knee, we can help manage pain, but it might require more frequent maintenance sessions to keep you pain-free and enjoy life.  This Maintenance Phase varies with each person.

Preventative Care Phase: In this phase, we recommend coming every few months to keep your body in balance.  Think of this as the "Oil Change" for your body. It is needed to keep your engine running smoothly and catch any potential ailments early.

The Peak of Treatment is 1-4 days, so the more frequently and aggressive you are, the better for sustainability.

Acute Ailments (only having the issue less than 3 months): the Beginning of the Relief Care phase is the first 10 treatments.

Chronic Ailments (longer than 3 months): the Beginning of the Relief Care phase of treatments is the first 20 treatments.

Based on how frequently treatments are received, below are some ideas of the type of improvement you may expect to see in the Relief Care phase:

  • Less than once a week: marginal results that do not provide sustained results and will take much longer to receive sustainable results.
  • One (1) treatment a week: expect 30% to 70% improvement in 2 to 4 months but it will not last long term until you graduate to the next phase.
  • Two (2)  or more treatments a week: expect 30% to 80% improvement in 2 to 6 weeks but will not last long term until you graduate to the next phase.

When sustained results are maintained for 2 weeks, we will graduate to the next phase and gradually add more time between sessions to graduate you to the Maintenance / Preventative Phase.

We strive to give you the best treatment to help you find the relief you seek.  We ask you to commit to the journey as we are committed, and together, we will work to achieve results.
