What is AcuPoint Injections Therapy (APIT)?
Vitamins are injected via hypodermic needles into specific acupuncture points utilizing specific depths and techniques. Injection techniques are based on a combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian theories and Western biomedicine.
Acupuncture Point Injections aim to prolong and enhance the stimulation of acupuncture points. Injections can be utilized to maintain and promote health, pain relief management, boost the immune system, etc. Injections into an acupuncture point exhibit higher rates of absorption due to their increased vascularity.
